Job description : Regional Sales Manager - Residential Kitchen - Alshaya Enterprises

The Regional Sales Manager - Residential Kitchen is responsible for sales within GCC across all business channels including showrooms, project/specification, and builders. S/He is responsible to assist the team in achieving individual and team sales targets. Furthermore, the position is also responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating all promotion and sales activities in order to promote AE Residential Kitchen products to the GCC market end users.

  • Responsible for developing sales strategies to achieve increased sales by enhancing the value of AE Residential Kitchen products in the showrooms, high-end builders, and the hospitality industry

  • Establish and maintain regular contact with developers and fit-out contractors in the GCC markets

  • Identify and recommend programs, sales tools and products that can enhance and support successful sales activities in the GCC markets

  • Supports Sales & Design team in achieving individual and team sales targets. Forecast project and showroom orders on a monthly basis. Conduct regular meeting with team and submit monthly sales report to the Division Head

  • Assist the Division Head in preparing performance metrics and sales targets, forecasting and reforecasting activities

  • Provide feedback on competitor programs and pricing. Stay abreast of customer requirements and recommend introduction of new products to Division Head

  • Responsible for ensuring appropriate margin on all quotes per business within residential kitchen products

  • Implement retail best practices across showrooms, sales techniques, margin and price management, and merchandising

  • Maintain direct personal contact with AE accounts while coordinating the activities necessary to grow sales. Activities included but not limited to trainings, events, new product introductions and showroom refreshes

  • Work closely with different functional areas like, operations, purchasing, logistics, warehouse, finance, installation, sales and customer service

  • Manages showroom staff work schedules. Should be able to manage staff shortage strategically if required

  • Meets with customers to understand their requirements and resolves customer complaints on fast-track basis

  • Ensures visual merchandising standards are being followed

  • Evaluates salesforce headcount and specialization requirements based on market intelligence

  • Oversees the designs developed by the sales consultants to ensure they are in line with client expectations

  • Collaborates with the Procurement Department in evaluating and recommending new suppliers / manufacturers

  • Travel across GCC to meet the staff and clients and implement changes to improve the quality of the showrooms


  • Collaborates within team members to broaden the spectrum of sales

  • Ensures the confidentiality of the Company’s information and enhances the Company’s reputation
