- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base.

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for every territory and the expected sales volume for each product.

- Manage, develop, and motivate the sales team to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target are met.

- Ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly.

- Evaluate performance of sales staff.

- Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals.

- Analyze data to identify sales opportunities.

- Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis

- Attend relevant sales meetings, conferences, shows or exhibitions.

- Collecting customer feedback.
