HR Study and Research Analyst - Jeddah - Saudi Air Navigation Services - SANS

HR Study and Research Analysis:



  • Prepare the forms and reports and confer with management and users about format, distribution, and purpose, in order to identify the problems and area of improvements

  • Assist in providing a full analytical across the HR functions such as (Recruitment, Organization Development, Career Development, etc.) as well as supports special projects and strategic initiatives

  • Assist in preparing innovative analyses to drive business decisions and measure success of company programs and initiatives (e.g., analyse exit survey results, analyse key drivers of performance through analysing the correlation between performance trends and potential drivers, etc.)

  • Build business cases for new projects and assumptions to increase the satisfaction with HR products, processes, and services

  • Prepare the research and study for HR data and benchmark to meet organization needs and capitalize on potential opportunities of development

  • Support in analysing complex HR research projects and analyse result to provide efficient recommendations to ensure best and fit practice is applied

  • Assist in preparing HR analytics metrics for the organization to enable better decision making and enhance the work process

  • Search for data on HR, competitors and marketplace and consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentations in order to develop an action plan to enhance HR performance

  • Analyse and interpret data to identify patterns and solutions, including surveys and focus group to ensure the study and research is cover all HR functions

  • Prepare the ad-hoc and recurring quantitative analytics support to established HR strategy and support top management to identify opportunities

  • Coordinate with HR departments to provide support in the required analysis, report and information that need to be developed and enhanced to ensure up to date analysis and report is available

  • Find trends in data sets and working in the data to help make HR raw data more useful to the organization, ensure rational assumption applied

  • Conduct research in the industry to address any issues that can arise while tackling a business problem

  • Identify, design and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.

  • Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics

  • Analyse and organize raw data, as well build data systems and pipelines, in order to evaluate HR needs and objectives by interpret trends and patterns of data through conducting a complex data analysis and report the results

  • Collaborates with analytics and business teams to improve HR data models that feed business intelligence tools, increasing data accessibility and fostering data-driven decision making across the organization


Strategic HR:



  • Establish a strategic data priorities for the departments and assist in developing business insights and strategies based on existing data in order to support top management in decision making within a worldwide benchmark practices

  • Assist in providing a focused and structured approach to build and improve effectiveness of HR processes and services in order to enhance the process and day to day operations

  • Design surveys to discover prospective preferences to ensure the organization objectives align with HR practice

  • Support HR departments to be committed and comply with the working standards, regulations, policies, procedures, and process in order to prepare a proactive corrective action plan


Policies, Processes and Procedures:



  • Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures

  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes taking into account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement
